What are Members vs. Non-Members?

Members have active membership in one of NASSP’s student programs. To register, you will need to know the current membership status—NatStuCo, NHS, or NJHS—for each school/person registering in your group:

  1. For current NatStuCo, NHS, and NJHS member schools, the school adviser membership login information (per the adviser’s membership profile) is required in order for the member rate to be applied.
  2. If a school does not have a current membership, attendees from that school will automatically be registered at the nonmember rate. To find out if your school has a current membership, contact [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], or call 800-253-7746, option 4.

Payment methods

LEAD attendees may pay via check or credit card for registration. As of July 1, 2015, we no longer accept purchase orders.

Where do I mail my check payment?

Checks can be mailed to NASSP – LEAD Conference / P.O. Box 417939 / Boston, MA 02241-7939

Cancellations and Refunds

There is a $35 cancellation fee per registration. We allow cancellations until 2 weeks before show date. After that, no cancellations will be honored, only substitutions. Registrations may be transferred to another student using the Substitution Form located here. Refunds will not be issued for substitutions or no shows.

Adviser/Student Ratio Criteria

The adviser/student ratio policy is one adviser/chaperone per every 15 high school students and one adviser/chaperone per every 12 middle level students. Parents/Guardians may serve as chaperones and must register online, pay the required registration fee, and attend the entire conference for supervision of the student(s).
