What are LEAD Conferences?

LEAD Conferences offer experiential leadership skills development to students and advisers of the National Honor Society, the National Junior Honor Society, and National Student Council. At LEAD, students and advisers sharpen their leadership skills to improve their school culture and community while networking with their peers from around the country. Training opportunities for both students and advisers will tackle a variety of topics, including leadership, student voice, civic engagement, service, and activities.

  • School leaders, principals, and assistant principals
  • Activity directors
  • Deans of students
  • Activity coordinators
  • *LEAD Spark will only be available to students and educators affiliated with a school that has an active NHS, NJHS, or NatStuCo membership
