Hotel Room Rates

Room rates are $130 (single-quad) per room, per night, plus taxes (currently 13.25%).

Hotel Room Reservations

Reserve your rooms by calling Central Reservations at (888) 591-1234 and be sure to identify yourself as an attendee of the 2017 LEAD Conference for student councils and honor societies. If 10 rooms or less are needed, reservations can also be made by going online (link coming soon). After making reservations, complete the Hotel Room Listing Form and the Hotel Credit Card Authorization Form (coming soon) and fax them to the hotel.




All travel arrangements to and from the conference must be made by advisers. Travel is at attendees’ own expense.

Local Airport
The hotel is approximately 1.7 miles from the Ronald Reagan International Airport (DCA) and offers a complimentary shuttle service that runs every 20–30 minutes. The shuttle can be picked up at Terminal A (second curb by the marked Hotel Shuttle stop location) and Terminal B & C Arrivals, Door 5 and Door 9 (first curb by the marked Hotel Shuttle stop location). For large groups, please use taxis or the Super Shuttle.

Ground Transportation
The Metro system via the Crystal City stop is a convenient and easy way to access the museums and attractions in and around the Washington, D.C., area via the Crystal City stop. The hotel offers limited complimentary shuttle service to the Crystal City Metro Station from 6:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. Monday–Friday and 7:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday departing from the hotel front drive every 15 minutes. The shuttle picks up and drops off at the corner of 18th Street and S. Bell Street outside of the Crystal City Metro entrance.
