On-site Registration Guide

Follow the instructions below when checking in on-site at your LEAD Conference:

Advisers register for their group
Advisers should proceed to the registration table for their school name (tables are divided by alphabet) to register and turn in their completed adviser and student commitment forms.

Note: While we do not collect student medical forms, we recommend that advisers and students have a copy of their own medical form with them at all times. You can find a sample medical form here.

Advisers will be provided with the name badges. For last minute registration, substitutions, or payments due, advisers should proceed to the help desk in the registration area.

Small Group Workshop presenters should check in with the designated conference staff person. Special programs attendees should check in at the designated table.

Reminder: Everyone must wear their name badge at all times and to every session during the conference.
