Hotel Room Rates

Room rates are $105 (single-quad) per room, per night, plus taxes (currently 11%).

Hotel Room Reservations

Reserve your rooms by calling Central Reservations at 1-888-627-9031 and be sure to identify yourself as an attendee of the 2017 LEAD Conference for student councils and honor societies. If nine rooms or less are needed, reservations can also be made by going online. After making reservations, complete the Hotel Room Listing Form and fax it to the hotel. If paying by credit card, the hotel will send you a secure link to pay by this method.

The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service on a first-come, first-serve basis within a limited area. Groups should plan accordingly and make other transportation arrangements during peak times, i.e., pre- and post-conference days, event dinner time, etc.


All travel arrangements to and from the conference must be made by advisers. Travel is at attendees’ own expense.


The hotel offers complimentary self-parking for guests with cars, vans, and buses.

Ground Transportation

Ground transportation to the hotel can be accommodated by VIA Limo at (800) 252-0205 or Windy City Limo at (847) 916-9259. When using taxis to/from the airport, it is best to confirm cab fare prior to utilizing their services.

The Westin Lombard Hotel is located near a Metra Rail train station, offering easy and affordable transportation to the downtown Chicago area.

The Lombard train station is located at 20 N. Main St. in Lombard (630-627-0099), less than two miles from the Westin Hotel. Westin provides limited service to the train station on a first-come, first-serve basis. The local train (all stops) is a 35–40 minute ride to the city and costs less than $5 per person.
